Gold Depot Store Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, doing business as 'Gold Depot Inc.' (hereinafter 'Gold Depot'). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to, use of, and transactions conducted through the Gold Depot Inc. website located at www.golddepotonline.com, our toll-free telephone service, mobile sites, applications, and any other related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, creating an account, or placing any order to buy from or sell to us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services. You will be required to confirm your acceptance of these Terms before placing any order. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and protect your personal information.
Important: Section 18 contains a mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver, requiring that certain disputes be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis in the State of New York. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. The Services are intended solely for U.S. residents.
You may browse the Services as a guest or create an account. Accounts require accurate, current, and complete personal information. By creating an account or placing an order on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, ensuring they are secure, and promptly updating your information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes
Gold Depot may refuse service, cancel accounts, or suspend access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and without liability to you.
All content, design, trademarks, and proprietary materials available through the Services are owned by Gold Depot Inc. or its licensors. You may only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit our content without prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to post or transmit harmful, obscene, or defamatory material. You may not attempt to bypass security systems, use automated scraping tools, or disrupt the operation of the Services.
We strive to ensure accurate product listings and pricing, but errors may occur. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Sales tax is applied where required by law. You are responsible for any applicable use taxes not collected by us.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated purchase price (“Purchase Price”) using one of our accepted payment methods. Payment must be received within the specified timeframe for your price to be guaranteed. Failure to pay within the deadline may result in order cancellation and the application of a Market Loss Fee (see Section 8).

We may, at our discretion, purchase precious metals and certain other items from customers. Sell-To-Us transactions require product verification, and payment will be made via the agreed method once authenticity and condition are confirmed. Market Loss Fees may apply if you fail to ship within the agreed timeframe or cancel after locking in a price.
Most purchases may be returned within five (5) business days from delivery, provided items are in original condition and you follow our return instructions. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping and insurance. If you cancel, fail to complete payment, or otherwise default after locking in a Purchase Price or Sell-To-Us Price, you agree to pay any applicable Market Loss Fee. All market gains on cancellations belong solely to Gold Depot Inc.
We insure all shipments and require a signature for orders over $1,000. Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. You must inspect your order immediately and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if items are missing, incorrect, or damaged.
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations, updates, and legal notices.
Our product pricing is determined in real time and directly reflects current market conditions. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our electronic pricing systems, we cannot guarantee that errors will never occur. In the event of an electronic malfunction, technical failure, or system error that results in an incorrect price being displayed or calculated, Gold Depot Inc. shall not be held liable or obligated to honor such incorrect pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices and will notify customers of such cancellations promptly.
We may cancel or delay orders if fraud is suspected and will cooperate with law enforcement when necessary. Gold Depot Inc. complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and may require additional identification for certain transactions.
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to us, you grant Gold Depot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content. You must own the rights to any content you submit and agree not to post illegal, defamatory, or infringing material.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
All investments in precious metals, rare coins (numismatics) involve risk. We do not provide financial or investment advice, and nothing on our Services should be construed as such. You should consult a qualified advisor before making any investment decisions.
The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Services or a transaction with us is limited to the greater of $100 or the Purchase Price/Sell-To-Us Price of the product involved.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Depot Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or related to the Services will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in New York, administered under its applicable rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice to info@golddepotonline.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.
